What we do
No two Kibswell Homes developments are the same. We don’t use ‘standard’ house types - each development has its own character and style and is designed specifically to suit its unique location and environment. One thing all of our properties have in common though is the high standard of design and build quality. We use the latest construction techniques and materials to ensure that our properties don’t just look beautiful, but are practical and energy efficient too.
Our approach
We take considerable care when choosing where to build and only once we have found a suitable site do we consider what would be the most appropriate style of property or properties for that location. This philosophy, combined with our considerable experience means when you buy a Kibswell Home, you get much more than just bricks and mortar.
